How the rate is set
The rate reflects the market value of Stars, the liquidity and risk of the instant payout, and the service margin. It can change without notice. The bot always shows the final amount before you confirm an exchange.
The official Fragment payout for creators is a separate route with its own rate, a 1,000-Star minimum and an approximately 21-day hold. Exchange Stars does not control Telegram or Fragment rules.
What we do and do not do
